Rwanda International Institute of Ophthalmology has officially opened its calls for submission for INTERNATIONAL OPHTHALMOLOGY SPECIALIST FELLOWSHIP. The program is set to commence January 2018.
The fellowship is a program of the College of Ophthalmology of Eastern Central and Southern Africa (COESCA).
