Ophthalmic Technicians Receive Certification

Dr. Ciku Mathenge Appointed ICO Board Member
Dr. Ciku Mathenge, co-director of the Rwanda International Institute of Ophthalmology has been appointed as a Board Member for the International Council of Ophthalmology.
